People Tower

We insist upon stacking people on top of one another all the way up to oblivion. I understand there are different employment opportunities everywhere. Cities are expensive. But, they’re expensive because they can be.

What would happen if we all voluntarily dispersed? Some of these places are much harder to inhabit because there are limited external employment opportunities in the area. What would it do for our solidarity if people who are able to work from home were forced to reside in an area where employment options are limited.

There would obviously be the problem of creative stay at home minds not wanting to reside in these unpopulated regions. However, costs could be transferred evenly throughout the states if the government ever bothered themselves with the amount of creativity our country is able to produce.
