This movie feels like one of Stephen King’s short story collections ate a bunch of steroids and did a couple lines of coke before coming to life in film form. This collection of ten separate horror tales molding together feels like a semi more—or at least a lot more adult audience orientated—version of Goosebumps.
There is a story about a sweet tooth that feels like a story of my munchies gone wrong. I especially love the neon green glowing eyed Dorothy flying through the air with a spear protruding from her chest. And the film’s ability to frame little children for demonic behavior is also enjoyable. But, lets not forget about the actual demonic children because they’re quite a bit of fun too. If you share a bit of my twisted sense of humor, check this film out and let me know what you think. I can’t wait to hear which parts you enjoy.
